Seniors 2019:
- October 16 & 17: Senior picture retakes in the Auditorium. You MUST sign up for a specific time outside the Journalism Room (203 Main). Seniors who do not have their photo made by
Oct. 17th will not be in the 2019 yearbook. Call 210-832-5729 for more information.
- October 16: Balfour will be on campus to distribute Class Ring Information Packets in the main hall during lunch.
- October 23 & 24: Balfour will be on campus to pick up Class Ring orders in the main hall during lunch.
- January 10: Seniors need to pick up graduation announcement packets as well as information on ordering Caps & Gowns in the main hall during lunch. Also, class rings will be delivered on this date.
- January 17 & 18: Balfour will be on campus to pick up graduation announcement orders as well as Cap & Gown orders in the main hall during lunch. Remember all students must order a new cap and gown in order to walk

- April 13: Jr./Sr. Prom
- April 18: Balfour will be on campus in the main hall during lunch to deliver graduation announcement orders.
- April 22: Deadline to turn in pictures for Graduation Slideshow. Email up to 5 pics to ahhsgraduation@gmail.com. Please make sure to include the graduating senior's name in the email.
- We are looking for fun but appropriate pictures from any age - they can be current photos or from the past. Your child should be recognizable in the photo.
- Group photos are great as long as everyone in the picture is a senior and can be identified. No large groups please.
- The file size of the photos need to be large enough to fit clearly on a PowerPoint slide.
- No selfies or photos with filters.
- No copyrighted images.
- April 30: Senior Panoramic Picture in front of the school - Students need to arrive by 8 am to line up. The picture will be taken promptly at 8:15 am.
- May 1: Scholarship information due - college scholarships that seniors are accepting, must be turned in to the College Center by 4:15 pm in order to be included in the graduation program. Also turn in your acceptance letter to the college/university attending Fall 2019. Please deliver hard copies only to Susan Christian in the Guidance Office or Paul Harris in the College Center...no emails will be accepted.
- May 3: Balfour will be on campus in the main hall during lunch to deliver cap & gown orders
- May 15: Senior Awards Ceremony followed by the Senior Memories Reception starting at 6 pm in the HS Auditorium
- May 15: Seniors will pick up and sign for their (6) graduation tickets during the Senior Memories Reception in the Black Box.
- May 16: Senior Send-off at Cambridge and Woodridge from 4 - 5 pm. If you attended Cambridge or Woodridge, the teachers would like to invite all graduating seniors to come back to their "home' campus and visit one last time.
- May 21: Baccalaureate 6 pm at Alamo Heights United Methodist Church
- May 22: Graduation Practice at 8:45 am at Laurie Auditorium-Trinity University
- May 22: Graduation Ceremony at Laurie Auditorium-Trinity University. Ceremony begins at 7:00 pm. Graduates need to be there at 6:00 pm with cap and gown.
- May 22: Project Graduation will be held at Pedrotti's Ranch immediately following the Graduation Ceremony. Buses will depart from the Muledome promptly at 10:15 pm and will return to the Muledome at 3 am.
